Registration Information

Online Registration
WSIA members may register online here.

You must use your WSIA ID/password during registration. If you have registered for any WSIA event or education event since last August, you already have an established ID, and your username is your email address. You may use the forgotten password tool if you don't know your password. If you don't have an existing account you should create one using your email address as your ID.

If you have registration questions, please contact Vicky Fleming, vicky@wsia.org. To reserve a meeting room or suite, you must submit online forms to WSIA. Forms will not be processed until your firm has registered the required number of delegates for the space requested. 
Paper Registration

You may register with a paper registration form. Click here to download the paper registration form. Please email completed forms to Vicky Fleming at vicky@wsia.org.  After submitting paper forms you will receive a confirmation letter from WSIA, and a hotel reservation link will be provided in the letter to direct you to hotel room reservations.

Suite and Meeting Space Forms
Suite and Meeting Space forms are available below and can be submitted electronically to WSIA.
Delegate Registration
  • $875 per delegate.
  • After August 6, delegate registration is $975.
  • After September 4, you must register on-site.
  • Delegates must work for a WSIA member firm.
Guest Registration
  • $325 per guest.
  • After August 6, guest registration is $445.
  • After September 4, you must register on-site. 
  • Guest registration is available only to individuals not working in the industry who are attending with a registered delegate. Guest registration provides access to all meal functions and receptions. 
Reception Only Registration
  • $75 per guest.
  • After September 4, you must register on-site. 
  • Reception only guest registration is available only to individuals not working in the industry who are attending with a registered delegate and provides access only to the Opening Reception on Monday, September 24. 
Badge Policy
  • Badges are not assignable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge.
  • WSIA reserves the right to charge a full registration fee to any individual wearing a badge other than their 2018 Annual Marketplace badge.
  • Registration materials, including badges, will only be provided to the registrant upon presentation of his or her business card or identification card.
  • Badges are required for all WSIA functions.
  • Lost badges will not be replaced.
Recommended Attire
Recommended dress for the Opening Reception and sessions is business casual attire - sport coat and slacks for men and pants or skirts for women.
Cancellation, Refund and Name Substitution Policy
  • All requests must be made in writing. Please email requests to Vicky Fleming at vicky@wsia.org. Refunds will be processed within two weeks after request.
  • Requests received by the WSIA office prior to July 21 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • Requests received between July 22 and August 21 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  • There will be no refunds after August 21.
  • After September 4, you must register on-site.  
  • Name substitutions after August 4 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Marketplace Registration Desk Hours
WSIA’s Marketplace Registration Desks will be located at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in the Atrium Foyer. The desks will be open for registration and packet pickup during the following hours:

Sunday, September 23
3:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Monday, September 24
7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, September 25
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 26
7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
