Excess & Surplus Lines

Surplus Lines Regulatory Compliance Course

For insurance professionals seeking an introduction to regulatory compliance
This online course covers a variety of subject material including an overview of the surplus lines industry, licensing, record keeping, insurer eligibility, diligent search, tax remittance, policy disclosure and delivery and independent procurement and industrial exemption.

Online CE Credits

WSIA seeks to utilize current technology to provide economical, professional and practical online education opportunities to its members. Success CE is the current provider of online CE courses for WSIA. 

Under the program, employees of WSIA member firms can access the CE courses through the WSIA website and complete the process online. The cost is $34.95 (plus state fees) per person for unlimited courses for a year or $14.95 for individual courses. These costs are separate from any Surplus Lines Regulatory Compliance Course costs.
