Member Meetings

Registered attendee/exhibitor events, meetings and functions are a welcome addition at the WSIA Insurtech Conference. Please utilize the form below  to submit your member event information for approval. Please note that:

  • These events cannot conflict with any functions listed on the WSIA Insurtech Conference agenda.
  • To be considered for meeting or event space, your company must have at least one registered attendee. 
  • Meetings and events approved by WSIA will work directly with the designated property.
  • Approved requestors are solely responsible for any meeting room rental fees, food and beverage fees and all additional charges relating to their event.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee space availability or approval.
