Using Customer Experience to Drive Revenue
9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
Speaker: Rachel Robertson, Brave Leaders
Customer Experience is one of the biggest differentiators in business today. Companies such as Apple, Google and Amazon have raised the bar on customer experience, and people are beginning to expect consistently excellent interactions throughout their customer journey. Smaller eCommerce disruptors are capitalizing on this fact by focusing more on customer experience than internal processes. To jump start innovations in customer experience, it is essential to understand the end-to-end customer journey across business silos and develop empathy for pain points along the way. Excellent customer experience creates and attracts loyal customers who become active company promoters. It also increases revenue by improving processes, reducing churn, and providing opportunities for cross selling.
