The Club, Vendor Tables and The Lounge
These spaces are open beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, March 23 for member meetings. The Club Tables and Vendor Tables are purchased and reserved by member firms and numbered for convenience. Seating in The Lounge is open, and tables may not be reserved in advance. The Binding Lounge is located inside The Lounge.

The Club will be open Monday through Wednesday. Reserved tables are available for use during The Club hours of operation and are reserved for exclusive use. All attendees must be registered and have a 2026 Underwriting Summit badge for admittance to The Club and Vendor Tables.
- $1,600 per table.
- Each firm may reserve a maximum of three eight-person tables.
- Tables are nonrefundable upon purchase.
- No videography is allowed in The Club or other WSIA meeting areas.
Club Table Guidelines
- No additional chairs may be added to Club Tables.
- Tables will be assigned in alphabetical order in 2026.
- Audio/video, additional signage and exhibits are not allowed at the tables.
- Table signage with your firm name, as listed in WSIA member records, and chair covers with your firm's logo will be provided; signage may not be altered or removed.
- Food and beverage will be available throughout the day. Outside food and beverage is not allowed within The Club area.
- Club Tables are available to registered WSIA members only. 2026 Underwriting Summit badges are required for all admission into The Lounge and The Club. The tables and the areas surrounding the tables are not to be used for storage of any kind.
- The Club is not secured after hours. Please remove all valuables and materials at the end of each day. WSIA is not responsible for any materials left in the room.
- Firms must submit a vector art file of their firm logo immediately after the purchase of a table, and no later than February 6. No changes to logo and/or firm names will be accommodated after February 6 due to printing deadlines. All logos and firms must appear in the same manner as the firm’s membership.
- Submit vector art files to Ana Serra, [email protected]. If vector art isn’t available, a high-resolution JPEG image of the logo must be submitted in order for chair covers to be prepared.
Vendor Tables in The Club
The Vendor Tables will be located in The Club and will be open Monday through Wednesday. Tables are available for use only during The Club hours of operation. All attendees must be registered and have a 2026 Underwriting Summit badge for admittance to The Club and Vendor Tables.
- $2,000 per Vendor Table; includes one power outlet.
- One six-foot clothed Vendor Table per WSIA member firm.
- Tables are nonrefundable upon purchase.
Vendor Table Guidelines
- Each Vendor Table includes one six-foot clothed table with four chairs; no additional chairs may be added.
- Tables will be assigned in alphabetical order in 2026.
- Only WSIA member firms may purchase a table. Vendors may not reassign or sublet the space and may not permit any other party to provide or sell goods at their table.
- All display items and signage must remain on your designated tabletop. One pop-up sign is permitted on the floor directly behind or on your table. Signage cannot exceed the length of your six-foot table.
- The tables and areas surrounding the tables may not be used for storage of any kind.
- Food and beverages will be available throughout the day. Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside The Club.

Shipping
Materials should be shipped, via FedEx, to the Gaylord Opryland Resort in accordance with the FedEx guidelines and instructions. Items cannot arrive more than three days in advance of the meeting. All shipping, movement and storage fees will be the responsibility of the member firm purchasing a Vendor Table. Contact Ana Serra, [email protected], with additional questions.
The Lounge
The Lounge, and Binding Lounge, will be open Monday through Wednesday. All attendees must be registered and have a 2026 Underwriting Summit badge for admittance to The Lounge. Seating is not reserved and is available on a first come, first served basis.
The Lounge Guidelines
- Materials may not be left on tables when not in use. Any materials left on seating or tables that have been vacated will be disposed of by WSIA staff.
- Seating and tables in The Lounge cannot be reserved.
- No signage, printed or digital, balloons or other branding materials are permitted on Lounge tables or common areas.
- No videography is allowed in The Lounge or other WSIA meeting areas.
