The Club, Brokers' Lounge and Program Specialist Lounge

The Club - Marriott Marquis Grand Ballroom

WSIA member firms may reserve tables in The Club for their exclusive use during Annual Marketplace.  The Club will be located in the Grand Ballroom in the Marriott Marquis San Diego and will be open Wednesday through Friday. Club Tables are numbered and marked with firm logos making them ideal for holding scheduled meetings. Club Tables will also include a virtual Club Table in the WSIA Annual Marketplace mobile app where firms can post documents, videos and other promotional materials.  

  • The Club is secured and requires a 2021 WSIA Annual Marketplace badge for admittance. 
  • Firms may reserve up to five tables for $2,350 per table. Tables will be set for eight people. 
  • Cancellation of the reserved tables is nonrefundable after September 21.

The Club Guidelines

  1. No additional chairs may be added to Club tables. 
  2. Tables are available for use only during The Club hours of operation.
  3. Table signage with your firm name, as listed in WSIA's membership database, will be provided; signage may not be altered. Audio/video, additional signage and exhibits are not allowed at the tables or anywhere else within The Club area. 
  4. An Information Desk will be available during the hours of operation to answer any questions and assist your guests with the location of your firm’s table. Chelsea Lenhart will manage this desk and can be reached at 816.799.0853 or [email protected]
  5. The Club tables are available to registered members only. Badges are required for all admission into the Brokers' Lounge and The Club. The tables and the areas surrounding the tables are not to be used for storage of any kind
  6. The Club is not secured after hours. Please remove all valuables and materials at the end of each day. WSIA is not responsible for any materials left overnight. 
  7. Firms are responsible for submitting a vector art file of their firm logo by September 21. If vector art isn’t available, a high-resolution JPEG image of the logo must be submitted to Chelsea Lenhart, [email protected], in order for signage to be prepared. Logos submitted after this time will not be included on printed material or signage. All logos and firms must appear in the same manner as the firm’s membership.

Brokers' Lounge - Manchester Grand Hyatt, Marriott Marquis San Diego and Outdoors

The Brokers' Lounge offers open seating for WSIA Annual Marketplace registered attendees. The Brokers' Lounge is divided into Zones to provide designated areas in which to meet trading partners for meetings. Zones 1-3 will be located at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, Zone 4 will be located outdoors between the Manchester Grand Hyatt and Marriott Marquis and Zones 5-6 will be located at the Marriott Marquis San Diego. 

  • The Brokers’ Lounge is secured and requires a 2021 WSIA Annual Marketplace badge for admittance.
  • Materials may not be left on tables when not in use. Any materials and signage left on tables that have been vacated will be disposed of by WSIA staff.
  • Tables in the Lounges cannot be reserved.
  • No signage, balloons or other promotional materials are permitted on the tables in the Lounges.  

Program Specialist Lounge

To provide program specialists and program administrators open market access to program carriers, the 2021 WSIA Annual Marketplace will host an exclusive Program Specialist Lounge on Thursday, November 18, outside The Club in the Grand Ballroom Foyer at the Marriott Marquis. The Program Specialist Lounge is open to all registered attendees of the Annual Marketplace. 

  • The Program Specialist Lounge is secured and requires a 2021 WSIA Annual Marketplace badge for admittance.
  • Program Specialist Tables are $750. Tables will be set for four people.
  • WSIA will provide table signage. 
  • Firms are responsible for submitting a vector art file of their firm logo by September 21.
