Mentorship is an effective way to develop talent in our industry. Creating effective and sustained mentorship through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion can be challenging, but WSIA and the WSIA Diversity Foundation have resources to help you increase awareness of self and others, which is key to a healthy and productive mentor/mentee relationship.  



Considering starting a mentoring program?  Does your mentoring program need a boost? The Diversity Foundation strives to provide resources that facilitate an inclusive culture in which to develop and retain talent. When leveraged effectively, mentorship can address several talent challenges including skill building, leadership development, knowledge retention and fostering an inclusive culture necessary to cultivate belonging.
